About Rois
Rois is an eight-cabin sailing dahabiya carrying a small group on a seven-night passage between Luxor and Aswan, in either direction, with weekly departures. Cabins come with twin or large beds and the usual comforts of a safe, minibar and hairdryer.
The route takes in both banks at Luxor, then Esna, Edfu and Kom Ombo before Aswan and Philae Island, with an optional run to Abu Simbel. The slow pace leaves the temples to be seen without the press of the larger ships.
Days aboard settle onto a sun deck of rattan lounges and an indoor salon finished in oak, mahogany and silk, with a restaurant and bar, a small pool and jacuzzi, and a doctor on call. Meals are full-board, freshly prepared aboard across Egyptian and international dishes.
