This is Egypt (“we”, “us”, the “Platform”) is a discovery and comparison service for tours, tickets and experiences in Egypt. We help you find and compare experiences offered by third-party operators and travel platforms, and we link you out to those providers to complete a booking.

We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or the seller of any experience. We do not take payment, issue tickets, or handle bookings. Every booking is a contract between you and the third-party provider you are directed to.

Listings, prices, ratings, reviews and availability shown on the Platform are aggregated from third-party providers and are indicative only. They may be out of date, and the final price, terms, availability and cancellation policy are those shown on the provider’s own site at the time you book. Always review the provider’s details and terms before purchasing.

All bookings, payments, changes, cancellations and refunds are handled entirely by the third-party provider under their own terms. We are not a party to your transaction and are not responsible for the provider’s performance, the experience itself, or any loss arising from it. Any dispute about a booking should be raised directly with the provider.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and not to scrape, copy, resell, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it. You may not use the Platform to infringe others’ rights or to post unlawful content.

The Platform’s design, branding and original content are owned by This is Egypt. Provider names, images and content belong to their respective owners and are shown for reference and comparison.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a third-party provider or from reliance on aggregated information.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
