About Mabrouka
Mabrouka is the newest boat in the Dahabeya Egypte fleet, a ten-cabin dahabiya whose 23 sqm standard cabins are billed as the largest to date on a dahabiya, each with its own private balcony, air-conditioning, en-suite shower, safe and mini-fridge.
She sails an eight-day round trip from Luxor through Esna, Edfu, Kom Ombo, Hor Diab and Aswan, departing Saturdays and mooring along the quiet reach between the temples. Full board is served in an air-conditioned panoramic dining room with 360-degree river views.
The upper sun deck holds lounge areas and oriental lanterns with a Jacuzzi at the stern, and a Nubian cultural evening features on the programme. Solar panels support the boat's operation.
