About Jasmine
Jasmine is a fifty-two-metre wooden dahabiya under two masts, with ten cabins across two decks. Each has panoramic windows over the river, a private bathroom and its own air conditioning, safe and coffee service, with single and suite options alongside the doubles.
She sails the well-worn line from Luxor through Esna, Edfu and Kom Ombo to Aswan, taking in the river islands of Al Ramady and El Sheikh Fadl and, at the end, Philae Temple, with Abu Simbel available as an add-on. Departures leave Luxor on Saturdays and Aswan on Wednesdays, on trips of three to seven nights, across a year-round calendar.
On deck are a swimming pool and pool bar, a Jacuzzi and a shaded sun-deck bar. Meals are full board, a grand buffet of oriental, international and Egyptian dishes served in the main dining room, with a doctor on call at any hour.
