About Amoura
Built in 2008, Amoura carries eight double cabins of around 13 square metres and a 21-square-metre suite with a private Nile-view terrace. The cabins open through panoramic windows, with Egyptian cotton bedding, double or twin beds and en-suite bathrooms.
She works the Esna-to-Aswan stretch, four nights southbound from Monday and three nights back from Aswan on Friday, with extra nights added on request. Under two masts with a motorboat alongside, the sailing threads Edfu, Gebel el-Silsila and Kom Ombo before Aswan.
The 27-square-metre salon and bar hold comfortable seating, a library, board games and free internet, and a 29-metre sun deck carries loungers and an oriental seating area. Dining is full board Egyptian, with bottled water, tea and coffee through the day.
