Tarek was a great driver and helped me feel comfortable and assisted greatly with hotel drop off. One of the best drivers I ever had.

No seatbelts in the back seat. My 21” suitcase didn’t fit in trunk and had to go in front seat. Driver was not familiar with the airport and used google maps. He took me to wrong terminal. Didn’t listen to me when I pointed out directional signs indicating he was going to wrong terminal. Took me to arrivals section at the wrong terminal. I asked to drive further until I could see a sign indicating the terminal number. Only then did he believe me that it was the wrong terminal. He put in the correct t location in google maps and took me to the correct terminal. He would only follow Maps snd not

My flight left late from the departure city. Khalid was easy to communicate with both before and after arrival. Arrival process with Mohammed was smooth. I will be booking my departure with this company as well. Thank you

Good value. Great driver. Mo was super at navigating Cairo streets. Our flight was 1-1/2 hours prior to expected pick up time. But company got the driver there early for us.

Driver no show? I had to catch an Uber, unfortunately a stressful end to a great holiday. Not happy as when I messaged to ask where my airport transfer was I got no reply.
