They picked me up on time. The car used was clean and organised. 2 men picked me up were very courteous. they arranged my itinerary for my whole stay in Egypt they even confirmed my hotel reservation and suggested to stay in the hotel near the airport for my early departure. Highly recommended to used this transport service in Cairo.

The gentleman was very friendly and very informative. As this is my first time in Egypt with my son, he was very welcoming to his country. This first impression of the country is extremely important to a tourist and he handled it quite expertly.

Great way to get a ride from the airport without having to deal with all the taxi drivers asking if you need a ride and negotiating a price! Our guide told us interesting things about the city on the way to the hotel.

No show for airport pickup. Instructions were to have sign posted. Checked 3x. sent email after i left airport. Wont use Viator for ANY tours.

Our flight arrived later than scheduled but our guide & driver were waiting patiently for us when we exited the airport. Reassured us that they were aware of how long it took to get through customs & immigration. Very friendly & gave us information about Cairo as we drove to our hotel.
