Clean car, very efficient and quick. Nice driver. Highly recommend adding the meet and greet option from the operator- quick through customs and immigration and locating driver.

Excellent customer service provided from the company and the rep at the airport. Our flight was delayed buy a few hours but everything was sorted and the journey was completed without hassle. The car was brand new and very clean. The driver kept us safe as it doesn’t really seem like driving laws are a thing here. But all in all I would definitely use the company again should I need it.

The driver waited for us to get our luggage and drove through rush hour traffic to get us safely to our hotel.

We didn’t find anyone to pick us up. I called the head office of Rimo and they promised me that a driver to come in 5 minutes but it took him 70 minutes. The weather was too cold and I and my family waited in the this cold weather waiting for our ride. I had very bad experience with this Rimo company. Totally not recommend by me.

Be sure you can make cell phone calls in Egypt, it will help you and your driver connect if you are delayed like I was. Once we found each other, I was warmly greeted, helped with my baggage and taken to my hotel. Most importantly, it was just me and the driver, no shared minibus, other people etc. He took me directly to my hotel, quickly safely. I will be reusing this service again when I go back to Cairo

The driver contacted us as we landed and met us just outside. Straightforward pick up and drop off without a hitch.
