Meeting our assistant in the airport was great, he had a sign with our name on it, helped get us through the airport claims, baggage, & customs in record time. Help with our luggage the entire time, all the way out to meet our driver. The driver loaded our luggage and proceeded to our hotel with no hassles. Our drive was much more relaxing not having to worry about the drive, directions, or if we were going to have to pay to much. I would recommend for those that like to have a plan!

I had a tight schedule - a meeting that I was to attend begun at the time that I was scheduled to land at the airport. Surely, I could not make it to a full meeting, I wanted to minimize the damage. The meet and greet service (facilitating the airport arrivals procedures) and a private transfer in a comfortable car with a guide and a driver made it possible to be at the hotel (identical to the meeting venue) in a reasonable time. It really minimized the stress caused by my schedule.

Excellent service, meet us at the baggage claim, assisted with luggage and it was a very comfortable ride to hotel.

Viator rep. was waiting for me right after leaving the plane and took me trough passport control and security quickly and without any issues. Very recommended!

The provider met me just beyond the gate and walked me through the Visa process, going through customs, getting luggage, finding a working ATM, finding a bathroom, and going with the driver to the hotel. I paid a bit more for the complete service but it was well worth the extra money since I was a single, senior female traveling alone and arriving late at night. I was so glad I had arranged this transfer from the airport to the hotel!

This was the most helpful and friendly service when we arrived at the Cairo airport. It was midnight, we had been flying many hours. Ibrahiin was right there waiting for us and helped us through the Visa process, Customs, and assisted with our luggage. We then met our driver, Mohammad, who along with Ibrahiin got us to our hotel. This whole experience was so helpful and appreciated by our group of four!! Thank you!
