Good to know
Liberty is a 72-cabin motor cruiser in our standard & independent tier, sailing the classic Luxor to Aswan corridor on itineraries of 3 or 4 nights. Pick it to see the same temples for less; comfort varies more at this end of the river, so judge the real photos and specs before you commit. Rates move with season and cabin, so every sailing is quoted live.

About Liberty
Liberty is a five-star Nile cruise ship built in 1993 and refurbished in 2018, measuring 72 metres over five decks. Its 66 cabins and six Presidential Suites all open onto a private balcony, and the suites add a bathtub with Jacuzzi. Sound proofing and UV water purification are part of the ship's fit-out.
The sun deck carries a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi with its own bar, and the ship also has a spa and a gym. Meals are taken in the restaurant, with a lounge bar and a discotheque for the evenings, plus a boutique, a beauty salon, laundry and WiFi. Itineraries run four nights from Luxor to Aswan, three nights from Aswan to Luxor, or a seven-night round trip from Luxor.

What is included in the fare on Liberty?
A cruise ship fare of this kind normally covers your cabin on full board, entrance to the temples named in the itinerary, an Egyptologist guide, the listed shore excursions and transfers at each end. Tips, drinks, optional excursions such as Abu Simbel, and personal expenses are normally extra. Whether soft drinks, Wi-Fi and service charges sit inside the fare genuinely differs between operators, so confirm those for Liberty before booking.
