About Lady Carol
Lady Carol carries 70 cabins over five decks, and 43 of them are twins. The rest are 11 doubles with a large bed, ten large-bed cabins with a sofa that can take a third guest, two singles and four suites. Cabins have either French balconies or closed windows, all are non-smoking, and satellite TV is available when the ship is docked.
The sun deck has a large pool with its own bar, loungers and shaded areas, and the ship also has a gym and a spa. Meals are open buffets in the main restaurant, which serves international, Italian, Asian and Oriental dishes and has indoor and outdoor seating. There is also a lounge bar and a sundeck bar. A reading room, jewellery shop, bazaar, 24-hour room service, laundry and on-call medical care complete the list.

Lady Carol questions, answered
What is included in the fare on Lady Carol?
A cruise ship fare of this kind normally covers your cabin on full board, entrance to the temples named in the itinerary, an Egyptologist guide, the listed shore excursions and transfers at each end. Tips, drinks, optional excursions such as Abu Simbel, and personal expenses are normally extra. Whether soft drinks, Wi-Fi and service charges sit inside the fare genuinely differs between operators, so confirm those for Lady Carol before booking.
