The tour company got in touch with us a few days before the trip through WhatsApp to confirm all our travel plans and send through the flight details. They let us know our driver would be at our Giza hotel at 3:30pm, and everything went smoothly with the pickup, until we ended up in a bit of a car crash on the way to the airport. Our driver ran into a line of cars and then we were hit from behind. Not ideal at all, but thankfully everyone was okay and we still made our flight. The flight went fine and we were picked up at the other end by another driver who took us to our hotel. Great service

The tour got off to a good start. A wonderful driver picked me up at my hotel in Cairo and got me to the airport for the evening flight. We flew to Luxor and arrived at the hotel by midnight. We were told to be ready by 0545 for the balloon ride. From there, problems arose. Another couple and I were waiting in the lobby at 545 for our ride. Nobody showed up until 615 and he immediately said it looks like the ride is cancelled due to visibility issues. The skies were clear and there was no wind. Something seemed sketchy. After that disappointment, we were told to wait till 9. A guide showed up

This was an amazing experience that I highly recommend. The only downside was the 3-star hotel stay—I didn’t like it. However, the 4-star hotel they offer was very nice and clean.

I was visiting Cairo for business and ended up taking this option to visit Luxor in the weekend. The whole trip was seamless from pickup from airport to drop back to my hotel in Cairo. The team even changed our return flight to have a better experience. At every point their representatives were ON TIME, Professional and gracious! The whole itinerary is packed with a marathon of places to visit, loved it and made the best use of the limited time available with us! Will recommend Nice Tours for any Egypt trip!

We had a very disappointing experience. We were picked up from our hotel early in the morning and driven to the launch area where hot air balloons were taking off. Once there, we watched around 40 balloons successfully launch into the sky. After waiting for quite some time, we were suddenly told that our balloon would not fly due to “weather conditions.” This explanation made no sense to us, as many other balloons were flying at the exact same time and place. What made the situation worse is that we were left stranded in the middle of an empty field with no clear information or assistance. We
