2-Hour Felucca Ride on the River Nile from Cairo - Sunset or Sunrise Options

We had an amazing time! Incredible views of the city <3 very peaceful and awesome during the sunset.

Cool to see Cairo from a different perspective. We booked a sunset trip and it went from just after 3 to just before 5, so no sunset and not the two hours (3-5pm included transfers to and from our hotel- we were on the water for about 45 minutes). This suited us in the end as we had our one year old with us, but it wasn’t what we were expecting. Our Captain was lovely and engaged with both my husband and myself as well as our daughter.

Very nicely arranged and executed. Perfect relaxing sail on the Nile. The sunset time was the perfect Tim etc go.

the Felucca ride is a nice break from Cairo's renowned crowded and noisy streets. The sunset on the Nile always offer beautiful colors and inspiring sceneries. However, the organisation was not very efficient. The pick up from the hotel was perfectly in time but arrived at the dock we had to wait 1 hour before sailing, losing the best moment of the sunset. The ride lasted less than two hours.

I would of rated this more but I really feel that for the duration light snacks and drinks would of made it perfect. It was so peaceful away from all the noise from the city chaos traffic. We went with our 6 & 9 year old they enjoyed it. Beautiful to see the sunset

Tour includes transportation to the pier from our hotel which was helpful. It was a very romantic evening but I wish we had brought snacks and drinks on the boat as the ride is a bit long. All in all a nice way to relax and wrap up our trip to Cairo.
