2 Hour Felucca Ride on the River Nile from Cairo Sunset or Sunrise Options

The 2 hour “sunset” boat ride lasted from 15:00-16:30, so that’s poor advertising on both fronts as the boat was only an hour and a half, and in the middle of the day. I would have also expected the boat to go up or down the Nile so that we could look at the buildings, but the driver only did about 10 big circles right infront of the marina and called it a day. The boat captain also smoked cigarettes the entire time, which was not pleasant to smell. I wouldn’t recommend doing this. Not to say the boat ride itself wasn’t good, it was, I just expected more from this for the price.

The driver was waiting for me in the designated area with my name on a card held up. Helped me with my heavy lugages. The journey was untroubled and smooth. I was picked up from the hotel on time, and again, it was a smooth journey to the airport.

Good taxi ride from my hotel to Sharm el Sheikh International Airport. The prices are very reasonable with prompt service.
