True hidden gems... Not only the temples but even or tour guide Ali. Visiting Dendera and Abydos were the most important temples on my list to visit and they did not disappoint. Their ancient beauty, presence and energy was beyond expectation. I am amazed that most people don't take the time to visit these important temples. The drive to these temples is priceless as you get to see the culture of the small villages and farm land along the way. Ali is a true teacher; kind, calm and an all around amazing person. His knowledge and passion was evident, and shone through to us, brightening our day
