La crociera è stata davvero una bella esperienza, la nostra cabina era graziosa (unica pecca la moquette) e il personale di bordo era gentilissimo (ci hanno preparato una torta per il compleanno che abbiamo trovato in camera al nostro rientro). Tuttavia non ci siamo trovate bene con la nostra guida e il nostro tour operator: la nostra guida ha sempre mostrato un atteggiamento poco rispettoso nei nostri riguardi, più volte ci ha risposte male e alla fine del secondo giorno ci ha comunicato che non sarebbe stata più la nostra guida (alla mia domanda “come mai?” Mi ha risposto “non sono affari tu
En primer lugar nos vendieron un crucero 5 estrellas pero el JAMILA que nos dieron no tiene nada de 5 estrellas, nos dieron una habitación que abajo estaban los motores, no se podía dormir por el ruido y el olor a aceite, los baños terriblemente cochinos y todo remendado, reclame por la habitación y me dieron una que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y el baño peor que el primero, en las camas hay algo que pica y deja ronchas, está ha sido la peor experiencia que te tenido.
Una bellissima scoperta è stata scoprire la piattaforma VIATOR, ha veramente tante scelte a prezzi contenuti. La Crociera sul Nilo è stata per noi un’esperienza meravigliosa e organizzata al meglio. Consiglio vivamente di prenotare con Viator!
Croisiere très confortable, repas variés et de qualité, personnel agréable et attentionné. Un petit bémol tout de même, comme plusieurs bateaux sont a quai côte-à-côte le bruit des pompes du bateau adjacent qui fonctionnent en permanence est très gênant pendant la nuit.
The boat was comfortable and the food on board was very good. Lovely watching the scenery and life along the Nile. Stops were very interesting and much to see.
We had booked 5star, put on different ship not even 1 star so dirty, no hotwayer, no air conditioning. Our family was separated put on a different ship. Viator did not help us or even to give refund. We complained but Noone listened
