At the Philae Sound and Light show, Egyptian gods and goddesses are brought back to life to tell their stories. You will watch the myth of Isis and Osiris unfold through dazzling light effects and stirring music. The show presents the tale of Osiris and his beloved wife Isis, and explains how Isis used life rituals to resurrect her husband after he was killed by his brother, Set, the god of evil in ancient Egypt. As you watch, the temple setting will seem to come alive, and the myth itself is resurrected through visual and audio storytelling that highlights the characters and their fate.
