We just returned from the Grand Egyptian Museum, King Tut, Khufu Boat, and Egyptian Lunch tour with Aly. It provided a good introduction to this impressive facility, and the guide used the travel time to the museum to present helpful background information and perspective. You could easily spend multiple days in this beautifully executed that all Egyptians are very proud of. Despite the significant crowds, the exhibits are well spaced out, and there is excellent signage, but not the depth that a very knowledgeable guide like Aly will add to your experience. He had so many of the side stories andor little known facts to provide insights beyond what we had even heard in 48 lectures off The Great Courses website. As a solo female traveller in Egypt I was very happy to have Aly as my Guide. He is very polite, but also very funny and he has a lot of knowledge. I did feel very comfortable with him around me, he was keeping me away from all the scamners andvdid show me some hidden spots. Highly recommen!! Thank you Aly......

The tour was excellent. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe on this tour and my guide was very knowledgeable regarding ancient Egypt. The tour was also able to accommodate an earlier start than in initially planned which was excellent.
