You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to a neighbourhood in Cairo where the food experience takes place. There you will explore local insider food spots and taste a diversity of selected dishes. As you move through special districts known for their delicious local food, you will immerse yourself in everyday life and culture and try a wide range of options suitable for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Along the way you will share unique meals that are popular among locals. After the food stops, you will be driven to the nearby Khan el-Khalili bazaar for a walking tour. In the bazaar you will have time to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in Al-Fishawy Café, noted as the oldest café in Egypt. The experience focuses on tasting local flavours and exploring well-loved food places and markets in Cairo.
