About Mövenpick SS Misr

Built in 1918 and later serving as a royal Nile steamer, the SS Misr was restored and relaunched as a five-star ship in 2006. She is deliberately intimate, with just twenty-four cabins and suites ranging from single cabins up to the 35 m² Panorama Suites, and public rooms named for their heritage: the Marasem Restaurant, the Dhabiyyat Bar, the Saraya Lounge and the Tashrifa Lobby.

The itineraries take in Esna, Edfu, Kom Ombo and Aswan, with the High Dam and Philae to the south and the Valley of the Kings on the Luxor West Bank. On board there is a swimming pool and sun deck for the stretches between sites.

A MiFi device is provided, complimentary for suite guests, and the ship sails year-round with peak periods flagged on the sailing calendar.
