I booked this for my wife's birthday and it was amazing. The food and music was excellent. The staff did a great job surprising my wife with a performance and cake.
The entertainment was odd. The food was awful. We wanted to sit outside and see the Nile River but we told to sit inside until the last few minutes of the cruise. What a waste of money.
The cruise was entertaining and food was good, but I wouldn't quite use the word luxury as part of the booking.
Had a family medical emergency on the day of the tour. Reached out to the tour operator more than 2 hours before the start of the tour explaining the situation. Kept insisting to attend the show in spite of repeated requests to either reschedule the next day or process a full/partial refund. Wanted us to pay all over again to attend the next day. Lost $270 dollars - Horrible customer service!
