Helpful transfer from the airport to our hotel in Cairo/Giza. We were met inside security, assisted through customs and with luggage, and led directly to our van. Our guide focused on us, and made the trip quite pleasant.
Perfect communication post booking and pre-flight. Reminders sent confirming details before my departure. Welcome message received upon arrival with driver name and contact details, the driver was very nice and friendly. Brilliant service
We used them 4 times for transport to and from the airport, and every time they were on time, helped through passport control, and shared lots of useful information on the drive to the hotel. Would 100% book again.
Very good service. Great driver. I’d recommend this service to anyone flying into CAI. This is especially useful for first time visitors.
The transfer from the arrival hall to the hotel was a great service and made arriving in Egypt very easy.
This was our first time in Egypt, and Mohamed from Deluxe Travel Egypt provided outstanding support upon our arrival. He was waiting for us at the arrival area, and he helped us with our visas, retrieving our luggage and walking us out of the airport. Very courteous and professional. Thank you, Mohamed and Deluxe Travel, for providing excellent service.
