Absolutely recommend this service. Professional and friendly! Kyro Saad met me soon after getting off the airplane and he walked me through immigration, luggage retrieval and customs. He guided me through the airport and we had an enjoyable ride downtown to my hotel. He was knowledgeable and helped me learn some new Egyptian phrases. (I think his English was better than mine! :) )This experience was absolutely carefree and I felt quite taken care of. I cannot compliment Kyro enough. I will use this service again thanks to him! This was the easiest airport process! Kyro met us at the gate and guided us through the whole process. It was so smooth and easy after a long flight from the United States, especially being tired and sleepy. We breezed through baggage claim, customs, and were on our way to our hotel within the hour. Recommend his services to everyone.

Very helpfull, professional- great customer service. I am solo traveler so it was great to meet a driver right before the passport control.
Kyrillos our driver was on top, he was there ready to pick us up and had E visas ahead of our arrival so it was smooth and fast. He was great and took us to our hotel and explain the surrounding area for us
