Street food au Caire avec une famille locale

Best experience in Cairo. Run by an actual local family just out of passion, not a tour company, very genuine and no scams. Highly recommend trying it. Good sampling of many local dishes in restaurants you would never find or go to as a tourist. Great time!

This was a perfect experience and Ahmed was a fantastic guide. The tour focused as much on discussing Egyptian culture as it did on food, which I enjoyed.

Ahmed was fantastic at guiding us through a local and authentic journey of cairo food. We experienced many different types of food, entering restaurants or street stalls we would never have found by ourselves. The food was delicious. The owners very friendly. This was such a fun experience. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teens. We loved our time on the tour. Our guide was kind, attentive and welcoming. Unfortunately, our daughter wasn't able to finish the tour and we ended up having to leave before the conclusion of the tour. We all would absolutely book this experience again.

Ahmed and Shorouk gave us an excellent food sampling tour while taking g good care of our dietary needs. Highly recommend this tour to get a feel for the street life in Cairo away from the normal tourist spots.

This was amazing. My wife and I had such a wonderful time with Shorouk. Shorouk took us to many places to try the local food and we could not have been in better hands. We also asked a lot of questions about culture and life in Egypt and she was more than happy to answer them all. Would recommend this to anyone that would like to learn more from a local.
