We had booked a private transfer for a family of 4 from El Gouna to Cairo. Everything confirmed. I have full documentation. But the minibus never came. And Sempre Travel stopped responding on phone, WhatsApp and email. They cannot be trusted and you should not book any trip with them. We could not get to Cairo and lost thousands of USD in hotel and new travel expenses.
I had the best day. From HRG to Cairo and back on one day , Museum, Pyramides, Nil, Papyrusfactory and some wonderful food. Best driver: Ahmad Muhammed. Safe and totally friendly.
Very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable van. Good and snot drive. Driver was in time and the duration of the trip was as scheduled.
