DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE OR PLATFORM!! Worst experience of my life. They left us completely stranded in Egypt. The operator didn’t show up and their response was they would process a refund. They didn’t help us resolve the problem and their customer service was appalling. Do not use this service or this platform if you have connecting flights you have to catch. I can’t strongly warn anyone enough about avoiding this. This caused us major travel problems and they didn’t help us out at all. They basically said sorry, figure it out!! Total joke in every possible way!
