Overview

You will be picked up from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and transferred to Sharm Airport for a flight to Cairo. In Cairo you will visit the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus and see the Great Sphinx, which dates from the time of Chephren. Alongside the monuments you will enjoy a camel ride around the pyramids and visit the Valley Temple that belongs to Chephren’s pyramid. You will also explore the Giza Plateau and its antiquities, travelling out into the desert by four-wheeler. After exploring Giza you will have lunch at a local restaurant before visiting the Egyptian Museum, which features artefacts from the Pharaonic period and is considered to hold the largest, most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. The tour also includes a sail on a traditional felucca down the River Nile. In the evening you will be driven to Cairo airport for your flight back to Sharm.
