Perché meno di così non si può. Prenotato e ricevuto voucher e conferme. Due ore prima dello spettacolo arriva la notifica della cancellazione del nostro voucher da parte dell'operatore nonostante da 2 giorni continuassi a scrivere per ricevere dettagli circa l'orario del prelievo dall'hotel. Poco serio e professionale anche perché faceva parte della nostra festa dell'ultimo dell'anno. Annullato su 2 piedi ma 5 giorni lavorativi x avere il dovuto rimborso.

Es pésimo jamás volvería, muy costoso, las imagines de mala calidad, perros que se cruzan sobre el proyector el sonido pésimo

We had a great time in our trip yesterday. The communication was excellent since the time we made the reservation . We were contacted by the manager of the agency and he arranged everything for a smooth pick up and the tickets for the show were ready for us. Our guide Mohamed was very friendly and enthusiastic. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We had a short layover in Cairo so this was a great opportunity to see the pyramids. We are very happy we booked this tour. Thank you for everything.
