Sound and Light Show at Giza Pyramids

Booked the show and Hesham insisted that he wanted to pick us up early to avoid 'traffic'. We then made it clear to him that we're not interested in any shopping and then he said "Government cancelled the show". Now chasing Viator for refund. Called the official organizer of the show and they confirmed that no show was ever available today. So, basically he listed a fake show to steal money and take us to a shopping tour. So surprised to see Viator allows such fraudulent activity.

We cancelled this trip 3 times because there was no Light and Sound show on a Monday. You still took the payment and haven’t refunded us after several emails. We are still trying to get our money back

Beautiful to see the pyramids at sunset and at night. The show itself is a bit dated - like the same show from the 70’s - but was still fun.

Our guide Karim was awesome!! He took us on a tour around Cairo, suggested a great place to have dinner, and took us to the light and sound show where we had a great time. Our guide was very accomdating and attentive to our needs. I recommend this tour. When booking ask for Karim--he's the best!

We didn’t like to be walked before the show from 5:30 to 8:30 from store to store , with the aim of selling us things , carpets, papers , perfumes, clothes etc ... The included meal did not suit us all , the place not conducive to European turists
