The transfer from Luxor to Aswan went smoothly and I arrived safely as a solo female traveller. It was a direct ride with no stops along the way and took a bit over four hours in total. The car was comfortable enough, the driver was on time, and there was a bottle of water and a bag of chips provided. The only downsides were the frequent attempts to cross-sell additional services and the Egyptian culture take the liberty to ask quite personal questions — which seems to be more common here than what I’m used to from Western service standards. Overall, I’d describe the experience as acceptable,
