Jessy picked us up at our hotel for a home experience that we don't often get to see as a tourist. She is an ambitious entrepreneur and we enjoyed getting to know her and her family. We enjoyed going to the nearby vegetable market to purchase ingredients for our lunch, and then visiting with her family members in their home overlooking the pyramids! Jessy's mother did the cooking but was happy to share each step as she cooked, then we sat down to enjoy a fabulous meal. Such a great experience, she even sent us back to our hotel with enough leftovers for another meal. Very memorable experience
Our guide Jessie was amazing! Super friendly, very welcoming & gorgeous home with a gorgeous view. Went to a local market, very authentic - then went back and cooked a huge meal which we then ate with Jessie. Would recommend her as a guide to anyone she was awesome - thanks for hosting Jessie!
Shopping at local market, preparing a meal together and sitting down to enjoy the meal together. Long conversations emerge and a game of backgammon.
