Private Car rent from Cairo: 8 hours with driver

Please avoid this company. The driver will take you to the irrelevant places even though you asked the company to visit only several places. Our driver took is to their associated shops with zero curiosity and we asked not to take us there but he forced us to visit. At the end of the day we were forced to shorten the place where we wanted to visit.

Avoid this company at all costs!!! RIP off merchants that lie to you and force you go to factories run by their accomplices instead of where you booked to go,trying to sell you products you have zero interest in at vastly exorbitant prices!

All of this happened and I left completely unsatisfied as a customer, so I will share 10 indisputable facts and then my opinion at the end. Facts: 1. I booked this vendor (true statement) 2. I provided my hotel location to this vendor , well in advance (true statement) 3. I was contacted by this vendor after the 24hr cancellation window passed (true statement) 4. I was told that I either had to pay an additional charge (25%) to have the driver come pick me up, or find a separate driver to drive me to a pickup location by this vendor (true statement) 5. I refused the up charge from this vendor,

Our driver was great, but my experience with his boss--the person I communicated with to plan the activities for the day--is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life. At last minute's notice (11 pm the night before, just as we arrived at the airport and were heading to the hotel) he wanted to change the pick up time to 8/9 am, even though we were told we could schedule pick up "at any time we want" and had originally requested 11 am so that we could settle in at the hotel and get enough rest.
