Das Highlight war das Essen: Wir haben Koshari probiert – ein traditionelles ägyptisches Gericht aus Reis, Linsen, Nudeln und knusprigen Zwiebeln – und es war einfach unglaublich lecker! Die Mischung aus Aromen, Gewürzen und Texturen war perfekt. Man schmeckt sofort, dass alles frisch zubereitet ist. Ein echtes Muss für alle, die Kairo besuchen und authentische ägyptische Küche erleben möchten.
