I always use Rimo Tours and I find them extremely reliable , excellent communication , punctual . My driver this time ,Omar Abdullah was on time,super helpful & highly recommended.

The city guide, who didn't even want to hear about it, was noisy, and sometimes drove his hands off the steering wheel when the explanation got hot. I was very scared of driving because it was very dangerous even though the road was already crowded. The demand for tips after arrival was also fraught. This driver has a problem.

Meet by a nice young man. It took forever for a car to arrive. Car was dirty, many dents, drivers seat went so far back, you could not sit behind driver, did not speak English, used Google Translate. Would definitely not use this service again.

Company wasn’t great at communicating. I had to find their number online to confirm my reservation because I had no confirmation from them up to the day before my trip. The driver was great. He waited for me even after my flight was delayed.
