We flew from Cairo to Aswan, our guide, Ahmed was waiting at arrival to pick us up. He had a great communication and very fluent English with tons of experience that we can see it the way he was explaining and answering to our questions. We booked the Cruze, he took care of everything, including talking to them to arrange based on our choices and preferences. We didn’t like the first cruise because of cleanliness and he took care of moving us to different one same day within an hour.
