Terrible, they left us stranded, they did not conduct the cruise. The worst experience of all my travels. Viator refunded me the total amount paid, but it took them days to do so. Very disappointed with the service; it made us change the itinerary and spend more money hiring a new cruise. We traveled thousands of kilometers to get stressed; I would never use the app again.
