Start your full day tour from your hotel as you will be picked up by your private qualified Egyptologist in your modern, private a/c van with free WiFi. First stop is Memphis, the oldest capital of Egypt (about 3200 B.C.) that remained the capital of Egypt for about 1,000 years. You will visit the museum and have a close look at the colossal statue of King Ramses II and the huge alabaster sphinx. Then move on to Saqqara to visit the Step Pyramid of King Zoser (about 2700 B.C.), which is considered an intermediate stage of evolution between the mastaba and the true pyramid.
