No glass bottom boat. Jet skis didn’t work. No snorkeling. Lunch was really good, especially deserts. Hotel room doesn’t look like pictures at all, not the cleanest either. Section of beach very small and not that appealing as other hotels. 2 hour drive there and back from hotel, waste of time considering you arent able to do any of the amenities that are supposed to be offered at facility. Guide was on the phone the whole time. Company did try to make it right with us and we did the raft pulled by speedboat. That was fun until we were dipped and my daughter was underneath the raft in the wate
