You can choose from three meal options as part of this experience. Menu 1 is a breakfast that includes foul, falafel, feteer with honey, cheese and tomato, a side salad and a soft drink. Menu 2 is a lunch starting with appetizers such as meat sambosa, mixed mahashy, Tajine Lesan asfour, soujouk and chicken liver, accompanied by tehina, green salad and rocca salad. The main dish offers a mixed grill or half chicken with kofta, all served with rice and sautéed vegetables, followed by dessert — konafa or mahlebia — and a soft drink.
