Overview

This private guided full-day 4WD safari around the Al-Fayoum oasis area offers door-to-door 2-way transfers from your hotel or vacation rental and includes lunch. You will travel by comfortable 4x4 with a guide who will lead you to several natural and archaeological highlights, giving local context as you move between sites. You will visit the Valley of the Whales (Wadi Al-Hitan), a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a burial ground for ancient, fossilised whales, and spend time at its informative museum. Along the way, the tour will take you to Qarun Lake and Mudawara Mountain, and you’ll see the tumbling waterfalls of Wadi El-Rayan. There will also be a stop at Magic Lake where you may swim.
