Giza Sunrise Pyramid Guided Tour With Camel Ride & Breakfast

10/10 tour. I went in early September so it was low season and I had the tour all to myself. My guide, Mohamed Saleh, is extremely knowledgeable and catered to my needs. He was an archeologist and worked at the pyramids for years, so his knowledge is all from firsthand experience. I wanted to go in the pyramid so we started with that before the lines started. I was the only person in the tomb when I was there, which was a beautiful experience in itself. Be aware that therenis is separate ticket to enter the tomb. The tour was a packed day and a great way to see Giza in a hassle free way. AC car picked us up at 5:30 for the private tour and we had an Egyptologist, Mohammed, who was extremely knowledgeable. Started out with the camel ride before the sun came up. This is where I would potentially deduct, although it wasn’t the fault of our guide. The first group of camels that the guide had contracted were very aggressive/looked stressed. When our friend got on, the camel basically threw him off, almost fell, although he caught himself. It was a wonder tour. Our Guide Emy was kind, fun and most importantly knowledgeable on the Egyptian history and went above and beyond to make us feel accommodated and took great pictures of us. The driver was also flexible and on time. Everything from start to finish felt so organized and structured and hassle free. The breakfast amazing. Will recommend 110% if you are coming to Cairo.

I had the best time! The driver Mustafa picked us up in the morning, he was friendly and approachable. Our guide Ahmesh was so charismatic and incredibly knowledgeable! He offered to take photos for us and was so funny and friendly the whole way. We began with camel rides through the desert at sunrise then went onto the museum tour around the pyramids and then pit stopped at a papyrus museum and then finished with a lovely traditional Egyptian breakfast. Would highly recommend to absolutely anyone, I did this as a solo traveller and cannot endorse it enough!!!
