Day Trip To Luxor From Cairo By Plane Including Lunch

Luxor was absolutely amazing, was worth going there for the day. Everything went well with the flights to and from. The tour guide was knowledgeable and the lunch was nice. Highly recommend but be aware there was a boat ride down the Nile for an extra cost. There were 3 other stops at shops which we weren't aware of and took up a lot of time and felt obligated to buy something. Felt a little rushed at some of the sites. I suggest you take some extra money with you!

Thanks to the guide, Ashraf, for his assistance and professional service during my visit to Luxor. He knows Luxor and its history so well was patient to answer my questions, taking photos for me. Hopefully I can bring my famiy and friends to Luxor and meet him agian.

I accidentally acquired the best tourist guide in all Luxor or perhaps Egypt, Mostafa Awad. I had a great time with him. Other than exploring the local sites, we went to local tribes that makes alabasters and ceramics. An awesome Luxor experience.

After booking this trip we expected to receive confirmation or our flight details within a week or two but the team was unresponsive. I chased them down daily for a week straight to make sure they would book the flights and only a week before our trip did they book them. On the day of the flight to Luxor our taxi was more than half an hour late and we did not receive any communications from him. The representative that met us at our hotel was also lost and did not know what was going on. I told him that the team did not send us our check in details or boarding passes and he refused to help us.

Ahmed Kassem was our guide. He picked us up from the airport and drove us all around. This tour is super compact and seems impossible to do in 1 day this time was the perfect time to visit as far as weather. Food was amazing. We had a great time, thank you for such an amazing experience.
