Cairo dinner cruise in Nile River ,Belly Dance and Tanura Show

I appreciate the staff ensuring I was was not left behind being that my first excursion ran a little late. The host and staff were amazing and assured every group had a good time. The food was multicultural and good! I just wish they would have left it down a little bit longer to enjoy bites after the dancing. The hookah was good. and everything was reasonably priced. I got to see the sunset and enjoy good belly dancing performances.

The operator was the Egyptian king (if I remember correctly). After I successfully made the booking, he texted me saying he would charge an extra $10 per person in cash because it was Eid. I later realized this was, in some way, a scam. Moreover, during the cruise, they tried to charge us again for some services that were already included in the package. Overall, a poor experience.

The best part of the cruise was our fabulous guide/driver, Mahmud. However, even his upbeat assistance throughout this experience couldn’t salvage this dingy affair. Barely able to call this a cruise, far less time than advertised, it crawled at an almost imperceptible pace while diners elbowed each other out of the way at the meager, low-quality buffet. The entertainment consisted primarily of a man who eventually abandoned badly playing an electric organ to burst out into sometimes off tune song. Fun time from start to finish. Cairo at night is beautiful, dancing was fun. Guide was one of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend
