I would rate our driver as 5/5 but our tour guide Mahmoud 1.5/5. He was not in the best of shape to be taking a group up and down stairs, gave very little insight on things and definitely tried to scam us. Our tour included the Citadel and he tried to steer us into only viewing the outside because there is “nothing inside” yet we paid for this tour and it included viewing the citadel. So did he plan to pocket that money, who knows but it felt that way. He didn’t give much time for photos so we had to push back. Never bought us water like the tour description said was included until we asked. D
