This experience combines time on the Nile aboard a five-star Dahabiya with stays in five-star hotels and guided visits to ancient sites across Egypt. You will travel using modern transportation options, including a sleeper train experience, and there is an option for a domestic flight. A professional, educated tour guide will accompany you as you move between sites. Along the Nile you will spend several days on a five-star Dahabiya — a traditional, small sailing vessel that is designed for relaxation. It sometimes sails without its engine when the wind is favourable, which can mean more time under sail than on a large cruise ship. The group is kept small (maximum 20 clients), allowing visits to ancient Egyptian, Greek and Roman monuments that large cruise ships often cannot reach or dock near.
