If you're expecting a driver in a suit in a black new car, you may be disappointed. In our case, it was a poor English speaker with sweat stains on his shirt. The car was dirty, the trunk was full of empty bottles. There was no cold water in the car. At the end of the trip, the driver bought 2 bottles of water for us from a vendor on the street. The air conditioning barely worked and every time we got into the car we had to wait for the heat to subside. We did not refuse this service immediately only because we had little time in Cairo, and we did not want to waste time looking for a normal ca
