Some background: Solo traveler. I had booked a different trip via Viator but the other vendor selected was terrible at replying back or gave very short responses. Two days before my Egypt trip I cancelled and booked via Viator this trip with Booking2 Egypt per suggestion of Viator representative on the phone. Pros: Communication was excellent; my responses via WhatsApp were responded to in a timely manner. I was provided an itinerary each day as to what my plan was and when I was going to be picked up. Guides also messaged me as well via Whatsapp. Drivers were great. Airport pick ups were orga
