He was flexible about our start times and gave us many breaks from the heat during our tours. Cruise was reasonably priced. We were contacted by the tour operator in advance of our trip and we were met promptly at the Luxor Railway station. The cruise and the whole tour went smoothly. Food quality and selection was good. The only issues is our bathroom where the water would constantly seep out beneath the tiles. There is a lot of expectations to tip everyone. Can’t be more happy to have booked this experience. Everything exceeded our expectations. We went for spanish guides and throughout the trip the guides were very knowledgeable and spoke good Spanish. We learned a lot during our trip and everyone was very nice and made our experience better, including the drivers!! We wanted to do extra tours and both the guides and the drivers were very flexible.
