The tour was amazing! Marco was a knowledgeable guide whose English and sense of humor are maya maya (excellent). He is also quite patient. We saw the churches on Palm Sunday and the crowds were carrying or wearing palms. The history is fascinating. Mohammed, our driver, is a smiling, king of Cairo traffic, in our opinion.

We had the most incredible experience in Cairo thanks to Marco, our outstanding tour guide, and his wonderful driver who made every journey smooth and comfortable. Our adventure began in Old Cairo, where Marco brought history to life. We visited the Hanging Church, one of the oldest churches in Egypt, beautifully suspended above a Roman fortress gate. Marco explained its significance to Coptic Christianity and pointed out its stunning wooden ceiling shaped like Noah’s Ark, a fascinating detail that really captured the children’s imagination. We then explored the Saints Sergius and Bacchus Chur

Marco was very informative and went out of his way to show us a magnificent old mosque as well as an impressive Coptic church. He and our driver Ayman looked after us with great expertise and good humour. Highly recommended.
