Overview

This four-day Nile cruise between Aswan and Luxor offers a relaxed way to see major southern Egyptian sites while staying on board. You will be based on one of the included cruise vessels (Al-Sara Nile Cruise, Premium Nile Cruise or Blue Shadow Nile Cruise) and meals are provided: breakfast, lunch on board, dinner and night tea. The trip can start either in Aswan or in Luxor depending on your booking dates, but you will still visit the same sites listed in the itinerary. Along the way you will explore Aswan’s highlights such as the High Dam and Philae Temple, and visit Abu Simple Temple and Edfu Temple before sailing towards Luxor. On the East and West banks of Luxor you will see the great temples of Karnak and Hatsheput Temple and enter the Valley of the Kings. The programme follows a four-day sequence (Cairo–Aswan; Edfu–Luxor; Luxor West Bank; Luxor–back to Cairo) and finishes with a flight back to Cairo. As you move through the itinerary, expect a mix of guided visits and relaxed sailing between sites.
